Stand comfortably

Face east. Take five slow breaths.

Take one step. Pause. Breathe. Turn 90º to the right. Breathe.

Take two steps. Pause. Breathe. Turn 90º to the right. Breathe.

Take three steps. Pause. Breathe. Turn 90º to the right. Breathe.

Continue this pattern until you take 10 consecutive steps, turning to the right after each sequence.

Pause Breathe. Turn 90º to the right. Breathe.

Take nine steps. Pause. Breathe. Turn 90º to the right. Breathe.

Continue this pattern until you take one final step. Pause. Breathe. Notice . . .
